All items must be returned in the same condition as they were received. Being brand new in box and unused condition. Returns without the original packaging will either be refused or subject to a ( SEE RESTOCKING FEE'S DOWN BELOW )

Item that has been gamed or installed will not be accepted for exchange or return. Factory sealed items will be FINAL SALE.

Do not attempt to disassemble any items. Attempts to change the appearance or function of any item you purchased from us will void the warranty. Product failures that result in the improper use, abuse, or neglect on the users/customers part will void the warranty on a product.

No returns or exchanges on airsoft guns, BBS, gas, grenades, batteries, chargers, motors, MOSFETs, springs, hop ups, gearbox, factory sealed items, customized, special orders, graveyard and clearance items.

All goods returned for exchange are at the sender's expense. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charge.

ATTENTION: Please label your return packages as a "PRODUCT RETURNED FOR EXCHANGE".

When items are returned to our location they MUST BE packaged properly. Meaning a generous amount of packing materials to avoid damage during shipping as well as all rifle and pistol boxes must be covered when shipped.

CQCTactical.ca is not responsible for any returns that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Once your return has been processed, you will be contacted via e-mail or phone. Accepted authorization return will be replaced or credited to your account.

BILLING / PAYMENT / SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders cannot be processed due to an error in information you have provided, which may include, but are not limited to:

Incorrect Credit Card number, expiration date or card security value.

Incorrect Billing information.

The billing information you provide is different from information your financial institution has on record.

Insufficient/Incorrect shipping address (street address, city, province, or postal code).

Fraudulent information.

WARRANTY POLICY ON AIRSOFT GUNS

All items are shipped brand new in box. We strive to ensure that the item is in working condition before shipping to you. If there are any issues after you receive your item, contact us within 48hrs to CQCTacAirsoft@gmail.com and we will try our best to solve the problem for you.

All sales are final. No exchange or refund on airsoft guns.

Any gas blow back rifles/pistols that are broken due to using propane, we will not cover the warranty.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Prior to shipment of your order, you may cancel your order at any time by emailing us at CQCTacAirsoft@gmail.com 

 Please note your order is not canceled until receiving an order cancellation confirmation email from us. 

 

Sorry, you cannot cancel the order if it has already been shipped out.

 

Although it is rare that it would be necessary for CQCTacAirsoft@gmail.com to cancel an order, we reserve the right to deny any orders from a customer where the following situations arise:

 Restocking Fees

• All returns will be inspected upon arrival to determine warranty coverage.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method received.

• Original shipping cost will NOT be refunded for non-warranty related requests; if a free shipping discount code was used, the actual shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

Received a wrong or defective item No restocking fee

1. Changed mind, items in brand new condition within 30 days 10% restocking fee

2. Changed mind, items brand new outside of the 30 days 15% restocking fee

3. Transit Damage, refused at time of delivery due to damage Free replacement and CQC Tactical Airsoft will file claim with carrier

4. Installed or modified Airsoft parts Cannot be returned

5. Modifications made per International requests such as UKARA Cannot be returned, or in some cases up to 50% restocking fee

6. New items returned without original packaging Up to 25% restocking fee

7. Guns returned without the original content, missing accessories, mags, flash hiders, etc. Up to 50% restocking fee
