All airsoft guns or any kind MUST be purchased by those that are 18+ years of age or older. At time of purchase CQC Tactical.ca in-store or web staff reserve the right to check customers for government issue photo ID for proof of age. Under NO circumstance will CQC Tactical.ca sell airsoft guns of any kind to minors.

Use of Products

 

You Agree that you will not misuse any products purchased from CQC Tactical.ca in anyway. We can not be held liable for any misconduct caused. All products we sell are 100% legal in Canada, we do however ask you to please keep these items con-sealed away from the unexpecting public as these are very realistic looking from a distance. Please play only at licensed paintball and airsoft fields with all the proper safety equipment and know how. If you are unsure of where to play, please contact us and we will try our best to provide you a location that is safe and fun to play in. CQC Tactical.ca  promotes the continuing growth of this great sport in Canada.

All sales are final. No exchange or refund on airsoft guns.

Any gas blow back rifles/pistols that are broken due to using propane, we will not cover the warranty.

Airsoft guns are required by law to have the tip (1/4 inch) of the barrel permanently colored in blaze orange. I understand that removal of the orange tip, any warning stickers or protective markings is a violation of Federal law and will void any and all product warranties. I acknowledge that the use of any look-alike or toy gun in commission of a crime may carry the same legal ramifications as if a real firearm had been so used. I have read and understood all warnings, disclaimers, and warranties related to the products offered. Airsoft products are potentially dangerous and can cause serious injury and even death. I acknowledge that I am responsible for using airsoft products safely and legally and hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless this website, its owners, employees, agents and affiliates for any and all legal action arising from purchase, use or ownership of airsoft guns and accessories from this web site, including, but not limited to any lawsuit or claim by myself or a third party for bodily injury, death or illegal activity.
